My wife really doesn't care and I think she see's cars as just  a means
of transportation. We went to rod runs in the 70's with the kids when
they were young. We went to shows in the 80's and in the late 90's after
I was sick for 8 years we went to the cruise nights. We know people at
these events for over 20 years and to my wife it is just a social event
for her to gab with the wives of the car guys she has known all these
years. It works for me She hasn't seen the interior with the new
upholstery yet as by the time she gets home from work it is dark and the
car is in the garage. She will probably see it tomorrow after I come
home from grocery shopping. My health is poor and she has to carry the
groceries up the 2 flights of stairs. Her only complaint is car parts
and supplies all over the whole house. At which I yes dear her to death.
She saw the new interior with the old seats before they were upholstered
when we used the car to go to my daughters on Christmas day.

Unfortunately, no. My job has had me traveling so much, I haven't had time to even look at it, much less do any work.

 

I'm curious.........has your wife voiced any compliments toward the work on the Hornet? Are is she like my wife with my Gremlin........she could care less?
