Ralph, While a nice thought, and I've heard of folks drawing up agreements like that, I figure they are completely un-enforceable. Either you are selling it, or you aren't. The only 'enforceable' version would be to remain a 'co-owner' on the title...and can't imagine anybody agreeing to that. And Doing so means you are liable if the buyer kills somebody with it.
