Since you drove it that far in Nov with no problems I would say it is a hose. 
When you take it off you will probably find it is rotten where the clamp goes 
on. I am assuming that is where it is spraying out. Then again you might just 
tightened the clamp and solve the problem. If it has been awhile or you don't 
know how long it has been I would go ahead and replace both hoses and the 
heater hoses too while I was changing the thermostat. They probably need it. 
Think about the belts too. If you still have problems I would try flushing it 
with some of the chemicals like Eddie suggested before I invested in a new 
radiator. You would have to catch a warm day or have a way to heat your 
gargage before you did that though.
