[BaadAssGremlins] Question about the pacer?

What does a stock 6 cylinder pacer run on the quarter mile. I was 
wonderiong because localy we have a pacer that runs 13's and he clames 
its stock, i wasn't sure because just last week on history channel 
there was a show called full throtle on that had the "battle of the 
uglies." i was horrified at this, but thats not my point. The stock 
pacer that they modified ran 18's WITH modifications.
