Hi Joe, Frank moved up to the base in Dover near DC over a year ago as that 
where he was transferred to I understand. Speaking of the hurricane, they 
estimated over 50,000 rooms are currently rented in Houston from our Cajun 
friends and points east. Many places have dropped restrictions like hotels 
with a 40lb weight limit on animals, and museums letting in people for free, 
and lots of Red Cross and Salvation Army help. I went up to work last night 
and both hotels on either side of the place were no vacancy, one has 100 
rooms the other about 250, and a majority of the license plates in the 
parking lot as I drove thru in my 8 miles per gallon 68 Rabel convertible 
'Machine' with the top down, were plates from LA.
