[BaadAssGremlins] Door to frame rubber harness tube

This might sound like silly question but I'm drawing a
total blank...what is the door to frame rubber harness
tube called?

I'm considering a set of power window doors which have
an oval rubber tube of about 1.25x3" but my 72 Gremlin
has only 1.25" holes.  I'm hoping to find a set of
round harness tubes so I won't have to do any cutting.

Anyone know what they're official name is and a source
for different types?
