Naww i'm not the rough and tumble Bat i was before,like you said lets encourage her to go the AMC route but your right even if she goes the'gulp'chevy route its one more gremlin on the road still.

A Chevy engine. Bart have you thrown her off the site yet. There was a time he would have but he has gotten a lot better now. A Gremlin with a Chevy engine running on the road is better than a Gremlin being crushed by a crusher. In my opinion and I think most will agree the Chevy engine should be your last resort. If you look you should find an AMC 360 with a little luck even a 401. They are out there. You would make us a lot happier if you went the AMC route rather than the Chevy. Think you will be happier too in the long run.
