I'm not trying to burst your bubble but..........
 
Although the coil measurments are close does not mean the rated load capacity will be the same. The metalurgy of the steel rod used to create each spring could differ from coil to coil. Manufacturers will use different grades of steel to produce coil springs. This helps to provides a variety of load ratings among springs having the same physical measurements.
 
The only way to know for sure is to measure the resistance of each spring as it is compressed a specified amount.
