I'll bet you didn't know that 1999 models that have that little gold badge only on the left fender were really not 'anniversary edition' models unless they were manufactured in 1998. Subaru put them on many cars that were not really built in the 'anniversary' year. I have them (the gold 30years in America badge) on both front fenders of my Rally Pearl Blue 1998 2.5RS Impreza.
