The Price of Toy's

I only started collecting some AMC hot wheels and 1/18 scale AMX's a few
years ago. I am not an expert or a serious collector. I am however a
serious restored/builder of 1/25 scale AMC models and to some peoples
dismay I modify and repaint AMC Johan promo's. The most I ever paid for
a built model was 117$ for a restorable 69 Rebel street car not the
Grant Rebel SST funny car which goes for 350$+ unbuilt. For a 10$ set
of decals from eBay a 30$ Hornet funnycar and the 117$ Rebel I have the
makings of all the parts I need to buid the Grant SST. Even if I could
afford the Grant kit I would build it and then the value would go down.
Build/collect what you want and can afford for yourself.
