Funny you mention weather, it is about 74 here today, yawn, but earlier this winter, it was 18 degrees in Amarillo while it was 85 in Brownsville. And all hell breaking loose in between, we call those Blue Northers here because the Canadian fronts blow thru with such force, afterwards once they pass the skies are ice blue, but also wicked cold! Sure hope ya'll get your three weeks of summer in sometimes soon like those Canooks, don't see how ya'll do it, give me a 100 degree day and 100% humidity where you have to take a shower to dry off anytime. My brother was up from Arizona here in N.Y. last week. The day he left Arizona it was raining and hailing and in the 60's there. It was cold and was raining here part of the time of his visit. He went home to 96 degrees last tuesday. Spring is just around the corner here. My brother keeps telling me it is a dry heat. Dry heat my A$$, 115 degree's in the shade in mid afternoon is still 115 wet or dry as John Elle told me as they both live in the Pheonix area. John is a former up state N.Y. resident. I think I will just stay where I am, at least we don't get no floods or tornadoes.
