If it is the Damper, it is the wheel that is attached to the front of the crank shaft behind the bottom pully. When you go to get a puller for it it's called a harmonic balancer puller.

Are you talking about the crankshaft dampner? If so you need a puller for it. It is similar to a steering wheel puller but bigger.
