Correct, while the 71-74 Twin Grip AMX/Javrear
ends can be made to fit, they will indeed look like a stink bug, as the rims
will stick out way past the 1/4 panels. And while I don't know the laws of every
state, here in Texas you have a small amount that the tires can protrude past
the body line, and they will pull you over and measure them, fine is something
like $400 for this.
Someof these idiots have a rear soiler on thier
vehicle that doubles as a picnic table, and spoiler is worth more than their
whole car. If these kids would have stayed in school, they would have learned
physics and you don't put a rear wing spoiler on a front wheel drive car, that
is like wiping your butt before you crap.
I don't know how that law (rear wheel clearance)
got on the books with people driving around with clear stop lamps, blue
headlights, bobbing chihuahuas in the back glass, people talking on cell phones
while driving, women putting on makup driving down I-10, guys adding to their
