Yes, by all means, buy a repro for $15, I didn't know those had been
reproed, but all I can say is it is about time. Those little steering wheel
spacers have been my bane for decades now. The problem with a used one is
they get brittle from direct sunlight. I have probably tried everything to
glue, weld, you name it, back together and nothing has ever worked.
Hopefully the new ones are fiberglass, who is selling them?

problem with the spacer. My son said that new repo ones are available for
15$ buy one!!!!. I spent 2 hours fixing the one I have with materials I
already had, so there's 15$ I don't have to spend on that anyway. With this
car trying to nickle and dime me to death at every turn I got to save every
penny I can.
