Have you ever undertaken that magnitude of a job. I have had my Gremlin down to a point where there was nothing......and I mean nothing let to unbolt.There isn't a piece I haven't touched.

It will mean hours and hours of degreasing, scraping, sanding, filing, straightening, welding, and grinding. If you can do all that and then some, youcan understand the following.........

I have an old Gremlin.....
     Think I'll paint her bright red.
The parts were brought together.....
     From visions in my head.

Not long after I got her.....
     I took her apart.
I know from experience.....
     She has a heart.

I'll sand and I'll polish.....
     To make her shine.
When we ride down the highway.....
     our souls will entwine.

Late nights I have wrenched.....
     To create a fine ride.
I think of how I'll enjoy her.....
     As I build her with pride.

If you have one that is special.....
     You know how I feel.
Although she is built of metal.....
     She has an awsome appeal.

I'll match her against others.....
    Any day of the week.
She may be old.....
     But her life is at it's peak.

With the pedal to the metal.....
     I'll gain my speed.
Riding down low........
     In my AMC.
