[AMC-list] AMC F. W. Motor Company, Leavenworth, Kansas

It is of F.W. Williams Motor Co. in Leavenworth, KS. It was located three blocks from the entrance to Ft. Leavenworth. It later 
changed owners and eventually relocated to another part of town and later was absorbed by the local Chevy dealer and moved to the 
their Chevy location. The remaining Jeep franchise later went to the local Chrysler dealer. Mr. Williams would donate an older AMC 
car from time to time to one of the local Catholic churches for the nuns to drive. The original dealership was torn down and the lot 
remained vacant for years but now has a Sonic Drive-In and a drive-thru coffee shop on it. If someone looks between the two new 
businesses they can still see some of the original dealership floor and some of the parking lot from back 
then............................
