I believe you're referring to the PCV port.

Although this is a one-bbl setup, you might find the photos in this forum thread useful:

I used to have a couple laying around but I believe I trashed them in a fit of cleaning up.

Although that spacer is bakelite, you might be able to drill it out for a good adhesion surface and tap it for a fitting with the help of some epoxy.

I'd bet this is one of those things that's readily available.
