Yes, the entire album was recorded in Ben's 1965 Rambler American.

The album was released in 1997 on CD and there was also an LP edition
in Europe.  An accompanying video about the making of the album (and
the challenge of finding Rambler parts) was also released, but that
was only available in VHS format and is long out of print.
