Theoretically hydro lifters will bleed off ever so slightly which should build a bit of extra torque.  As rpm increase that goes away and it becomes the cam Tom has. 
   Don't forget a hydraulic cam takes a different grind angle. You may need to get a custom grind to put Toms profile on a hydr stick.

i would love to get that rv cam also. i just dont know what the difference would be using it in the aluminum motor. no idea how much hydraulic vs solid lifters will change. im going to get serious about that motor as soon as things slow down a little. probably day after new years. (or after new years recovery time is over)
