I had a 65 Ambo that I also towed with. I never towed a trailor larger than 24 ft or so, but I towed flat beds with cars, tandem trailors, etc. I never met anything I was uncomfortable with.
Again, like every one is saying, run a cooler. I ran an external filter but I don't think that is needed. Trailor brakes are a must.
I used my 65 American 232 to move a 24 ft travel trailor!! Of course, it was only down the road two houses.......Russ
