" For the Matador the rotors may be the same. Matadors used the big bearing spindles at least from 75-78, not sure about earlier. Easy to check the wheel bearing set at www.rockauto.com. The small cars used a different caliper starting in 77, with one rotor for 77-78 (small caliper, big bearings, 0.81" rotor) and another for 79-83 (small bearings). 75-76 models all used the big bearings and big calipers. 71-74 used Kelsey Hayes brakes, 75-81 Bendix (big and small), 82-83 Delco (similar to K-H).

that's right, though '74 may be something of a 'flip' year between
kelsey and big bendix systems on the big cars.

late '70s i4 and i6/v8 rotors are different, as jim mentioned. not
sure if calipers are - vaguely recall super-thick pads...

kelsey were all small bearing. big bendix setups were all big
bearing. small bendix started big, went back to small.
