It's a thick pasty goo, takes a few minutes to skim over, so you don't
really have to hurry. It goes on THICK, beads of about 1/8" - 3/16".

You can get smallish aerosol cans for about $12, but in my experience you
have to use the whole thing in a fairly short period of time or it clogs or
loses pressure. But I bought the caulking-gun kit, about $30, with $12
cartridges of goo, and so far I've had one can live for weeks with no
problems.
