As tom said. 
Don't skip having the fly wheel resurfaced. 
There are guys that just toss in a new disc and go. But that is a total crap shoot. Not worth the risk to skip that step. 
  Pilot bushing is another thing you definitely won't to be sure of. If it shows any wear at all replace it now.
   You can usually get a fly wheel holder tool at advance or other places that loan tools if your friend does not have one.

My son's friend will be doing the clutch on my '65 Rambler next
weekend. While in that vicinity, are there any seals we should
replace? Anything else we should check out that would not put us into
the category of taking advantage of someone?
