I would do a Jeep 2.5L with MPFI and make a curved intake out of muffler pipe to clear the inner fenders.

My son is interested in doing a breadbox Rambler (if we can scam
storage space at the dealership he works at) and maybe messing with a
Quad 4. We may get no where near starting that project - but it would
be cool to research it.
