i have thought about headers also. i have a buddy that owns a muffler shop
that i have talked to about helping me. if a guy is going to build his own
headers, its best to do a race style, and would be easy with these motors i
think. a "stepped" header. it creates more of a "vacume" when the individual
pipes are mounted to the collector correctly. they "suck" the exhaust out,
instead of the motor pumping it out. i think im going to work on building my
aluminum block. buy that cam from galvins, and build a header. some head work
would be fun also. i think with some precise work and time, this motor could
be half decent.
