I've used JCW's flocked window channel before -- in another Spirit about 15 years ago.  I measured and stuff but the channel I received was so loose in the doorframe (right width but the "ears" on the side of the channel were too short for a snug fit) that it would slide as the window was rolled up & down.  It also never looked right.  But most important, I can't stand wind noise.

I might try them again if nothing used in good shape turns up.  We'll see.
