Any auto upholstery shop should be a be able to sell you or tell you where you can purchase the hardboard backing that they use to reproduce door panels.

The AMC vendors (in my experience all sell good brands of carpet). I have purchased carpet from Kennedy American and have been very pleased. It as drop shipped to me directly from Ohio Auto Mat which I think is out of business now.  I have also purchased carpet directly from Auto Custom Carpet and have been pleased.  Unlike Wrambler, I purchased carpet from A-1 carpet off of Ebay and was pleased too.  I don't think Mark's (wrambler) carpet was from A-1 though.
