Might be quickest to call locksmith, not cheapest though! 
Does that year share the door lock with the ignition? I forget?!!! My car only has an ignition key, doors are electric.

If, the door shares the ignition key you can take a door lock in and get a key made for it or have the locksmith come out and do the work.
 
 I have never succesfully removed a column lock without disassembling and breaking the lock. Then replacing the lock...

I can offer you up a lock cylinder from a 73 Hornet with a burnished worn but serviceble AMC key for it!

Take me few days or so to ship as I'd have to find someone to send it as I am currently unable to drive.

OK NOW I need hints on how to take out the keyed ignition switch.  As a decided not to leave them in a Concor wagon that had no motor, in a safe neighborhood.  And now I cannot find them.  So to move the car back into the garage to work on, well, don't know any car thiefs, so anyone have the secret to unlocking the key lock?
