Jim, your hard work is making your boss look bad! Cut it out!

My friend Randy has a nice saying, it's a bit off the mark here but you get
the idea:

"A's hire A's,  B's hire C's."

OK if he hired you (probably not), this doesn't apply, but you get the
idea... tiny-brained jerks like to hire minions. Really sharp shops like to
hire sharp people. "Hey we just hired this KID (old guy, whatever), but boy,
does he do good work"!

Hopefully that clown will get "promoted" to somewhere else...
