the epoch for sixes was '72.  from then on they have the v8
bellhousing pattern [starter on right side] and 164-tooth flywheel;
before, they have 153-tooth flywheel and starter on left, under
manifolds.

simultaneous with the epoch, amc switched from warner to mopar autos.
even on v8s flexplates are different.
