Re: [Amc-list] Made a boo boo today

That trough is the Passenger side of the Ambassador!
Thank the allmighty supreme being or beings that Americans don't have those dam things!
The drivers side is going well.
It's actually easier now that I've realized it is usually easier to just cut a bigger hole and use a bigger plate!
I gets rid of more questionalbe metal and allows more room to work!
I have acguired some skills I had not recognized or taken the mind to learn before.
Did one patch today and it was in a very akward spot, mostly upside down and had to be mig'd in by the touch the trigger, release, touch the trigger, release, repeat. and this particular stitch weld came out very nice in 80% plus of it length! I no I ain't now pro, but the job is safe and will be there for a long time!
I really hope I get a "fresh" start tomorrow.
It's miserable to have to wait for a pill to kick in, then still have to ease your bones and joints into working. Today it just did not want to give. The I got a miserable headache that also did not give.
I had to take Luke, my baby, in to get his drivers license skill test. He passed! Great there goes another $8-900 every six months for car insurance...
I got my fingers crossed tomorrow will be a good day, so far that days after I work on the car are not good days.
I'm rambling, but it seems a day in between helps a lot. I had planned on taking off the mon-tues before Tsgiving, but seeing as how I'm doing I will probably just work on the conv on sat-sun, take it easy at work on Mon-tues, then do conv on Wed, stuff myself wit turkey on Thursday and then conv on Friday. If that all works out, maybe that 287 will be in place by Sunday after Thanksgiving! Running would be super extra special!
