Fits Flash-o-matic trans behind a 327, 4bbl, floorshift automatic.
Timken uses the same number for it's part number.
The floor shift trans is actually a shift command, but the console states Flash-o-matic.

Note; I actually worked on the car!
I pulled the bellhousing off of the trans tonight.
Yay!
