Only the cars with corduroy interior had them I believe.  Possibly on the SST cars, but I don't think corduroy was available in base Javelins anyway. I had a 70 SST with black cord interior and it had them.  Sold it to a guy in Iowa and he probably still has it in his storage trailer.
