Their stuff is pretty good quality but instead of buying something that 
only does two things, you may want to consider buying a decent 
multi-meter. I have one by Sunpro (model CP7680 but it's really old and 
I don't think available anymore) that besides tack and dwell, also does 
voltage, temperature, current, resistance, continuity, and frequency. It 
also will not hurt sensitive sensors on newer cars (such as O2 sensors). 
I paid around $150 for mine 10-12 years ago and I've never had any 
trouble with it. BTW, it looks like Sunpro owns Actron now and their 
meters are all sold under the Actron brand name and it looks like the 
closest thing to it is the Actron CP7677 (looks like it doesn't do 
temperature).
