[Amc-list] Tach Dwell Meter - is the Actron decent?

I want to  check the dwell on my car, beyond simply making sure the
points are at .016" when open. I also want to check the idle at
500RPM, beyond simply listening and guessing. So - it's time for a
tach/dwell meter.
