Local machine shop press unless you have one. I used to rent a hub 
puller and all that rot, but now I just extract the whole thing (backing 
plate, hub, axle, etc) and pay someone to press it off. It's not 
otherwise a big deal.

If you're like me and do this every 5 years it's most cost effective. 
Not that I don't want a floor mounted press, besides money, I am plum 
outa room in my shop.
