Larry, you can use the booster, but not the master cylinder. The manual master should bolt up to the booster though. Disc brake boosters usually supply a little more power assist than drum boosters, so the brakes may be very touchy! 

I see that Andrew already pointed out why you can't use the disc master cylinder.

My 69 Rambler has manual drum brakes. I'm wondering. What would happen if I put on a power brake booster and master cylinder from 68 Javelin that had front disc brakes?
