I meant to type 70's for the Fraud clevelands.

I saved one set of used 199 standard bore used fltatops, just because.

Maybe the 199 would beat the mpg, but not the finesse, torque and horsepower of the 4.0L :]
Can't call it an overall win if it only does it in one category :]
Kind of like winning a sprint in the tour de france, Yeah yer good, but, oh well better luck next year!

Now maybe a turbo would even the paying field! 
Course they'd probably catch that in the testing after the race...
