Same parts 2004-1999, that's a good sign. Earlier bracket has different 
number but looks similar. 2005-up doesn't list the bracket.

There's even rear brackets available, and rear parts are similar 
availability and cost, so this might be a good hack for that too. Sicne 
Dave put this on an AMC front brake drum hub, chances are the hat depth 
is correct in the rear too.
