My first guess and best bet is a injector leaking off.
Should be an easy fix if the bearings aren't toast!
Cycle the key on and off you should be able to first hear the pump run, then hear the pressure bleed off thru the open or leaking injector.
  May be able to tell by checking plugs too.
Last you can pull the rail up out of the intake and turn the key on, but be carefull as it'll probably spray a bit of gas around if it's leaking!.
   Could also be a coolant temp sensor causing the Jeep to stay in cold mode and flooding it out too.
