Yes, thought you knew that!
It'll all bolt up with a little finiggling of things.
Use the head if you coming apart, but no need to if your not.
You "should" see gains in torque and economy with any or the 4.0L heads over the early big port head.
Kind of like that comparison of the 196 head to the 199, not as bad, but still a design from the dawn of ports.
They had just begun to try and get better with things and they still had a ways to go!
Not only do the 4.0L head shave better ports and valve sizing they also run smaller stems for another increase in flow.
It's not the biggest wins game with port design, course you know that!
