To be specific the T4 and SR4 plus some other 4 speeds have rail shifters internal to the trans.
They too will not allow the use of twin sticking....
  I think Tom is looking for an overdrive, not many to choose from that don't have rail shifters.
Mopar and Ford both had O/D external shifted 4 speeds.
also the Nash 5 speeds were or are fake O/D trans due to their lower first four gears and 1/1 fifth.
