I have the Innovate LM-1 which does all I need it to
do.  You could go with a sensitive voltmeter like is
mentioned in the Ray Mick reference I think.  The LM-1
does have data logging capability but I haven't used
it on my Gremlin.  We did use that capability at
Bonneville for the last two years however.
