Don,

For the rear, you can jack under the axle or there are boxes in front of 
the rear wheels marked "LIFT" that you can use. If you jack on the 
boxes, its better to use a jack with a flat lift pad so you don't dent 
them. For the front, you can use the frame sills under the A pillar.
