  I got a good real-world feedback on a similar product called Nology Wires, which have been around since WAAAAY before the gas price increases. They have the capacitor circuit built into the plug wires like the Pulstar plugs have in the plug.   ? what a load of crap. This is the only thing I?ve seen and tested first hand to know that it works. I?m not saying it increases mileage or make serious power just that it does increase total spark energy. http://www.nology.com/hotwork.html we used a high voltage meter in school to test the difference between a regular wire and a Nology wire. The Nology wire increased voltage by a considerable amount.
   
  Somewhere, someone pointed out that there is one Pulstar plug to cover a variety of engines, which means there is ONE HEAT RANGE.  So the same AMC V8 Pulstar plug might perform poorly on a higher compression engine (ranges from 8.0:1 ? 10.5:1 stock).  On the Pulstar website they point this out and recommend using their other product DirectHits if compression has been raised.  DirectHits places the capacitor circuit between ANY plug and the wires.
   
  Nology Wires simply place the circuit IN the wires and you can use ANY plug.  The Nology website also show a comparison of different plug materials and which ones conduct electricity best, including their SILVER plug line.  Silver is #1, Copper #2 and so on.  For higher compression AMC engines (?built? or the earlier pre-71 V8?s), the Nology or DirectHits might be a better candidate than Pulstar ? like the 10:1 stroker I?m building for my Jeep.
   
  There are a lot of magazines, racers and street-use, which give feedback on the Nology wires doing what they say they do.  Check it out.
