Frank, do you know if the Rambler 327 had more cfm than 390?
I could probably be talked out of one of the two I have it would give you a little more cfm.
You could swap the bowls and choke from the 390cfm carb.
  Usually the only differences in carbs when they are that close in cfm is in the center section and throttle plate, sometimes even the throttle plate is the same.
   Look into it and let me know if your interested in one. For this purpose I can probably supply one that needs a thorough cleaning. I did not want to sell you a whole carb as they need some serious cleaning and I was afraid of selling you junk...
