Yeah, you got it EXACTLY right it is indeed an 11 year old 42A707 with a three bolt carb on it!
 I got the carb cleaned out.
I thought that coil required fylwheel removal, that where I always destroy something...
 I'll save this so when the thing stops sparking I can replace it!

Sounds like Joe should run down and pick that mower up and fix it himself!
Probably has nice coating of the gummy stuff Toms 196 got, hopefully not as bad though.
