Out of the three companies you list.
I would use Purolator Pureone filter.
I would not use the Fram as I have had issues with them not sealing well on my Jeeps.
No other reason, just my one Jeep they would drip on, no matter how I tried to get them to seal.
Tried two different Fram filters and both seeped.
The Purolater filters had good reviews from the guy that dissected them exept for a string tied around the cartridge for assembly he did not like. I always run them on my stuff, never had a problem.
I've never dealt with monroe filters. I have no idea.
