One side at a time.
use the other side as a "mirror" if you get confused.
PB blaster on the line nut, be gentle, hope it comes loose. 
Use a Line wrench!

Double check the replacement cylinders to make sure they match the ones removed.
pay attention to the bore size as some people have gotten different sized cylinders and that screws up the rear brake bias.
