Probably be some big stink to get the traction control and abs to dissable in pursuit mode.
Then some big stink about getting the system put back to "normal" when the vehicle is resold.
Some more big stink about them not being liable should the officers wreck the car....

Me I like ABS.
When it works.
When it brakes it sucks.
OUr XJ and Altima to not have it, no problem.
My Dakota had rear. it was OK
S10 had four wheel. it was OK
The WJ has four wheel. It is OK

Would I pay for it if I had the option to not get it?
NO!
Airbags?
Yep, different item.
I'd take side curtains too.
Though I usually look both ways before pulling out...
